Ninja Noise Improvement Initiative

At Sharkninja we care about what our customer say. Based on feedback from review, social media, and users, we concluded that one of the main detractors of our blenders and food processors was the noise generated by our units. Working with our manufacturers, acoustic specialists, and consumer insights teams we were able to deliver a universal noise baffle system that effectively reduce the noise dBA and eliminate high frequency noises by up to 14% percent. The noise reduction baffles were able to fit within existing tool architecture and minimize retooling/tool modification across parts.
